Breakfast for the working stiff

ingredients

3 eggs

4 pieces of turkey bacon

1.5 cups of mixed frozen veggies

Prep work:

Sunday morning

cook eggs

Portion out turkey bacon

Portion out frozen veggies

Place all in Ziploc bags

(portion out 5x, as this will get you through the entire week)

Store in fridge and freezer

Daily when you get to work, heat the veggies and turkey bacon for 2-3 minutes in the microwave. Then add the eggs and continue to cook for 1 minute.

Very easy way to have your daily breakfast without taking much time every morning in prep. Nice when you have to be in the office first thing.
