If you can’t do lunges:

4 Rounds For Time

4 Min Cumulative Plank

20 Squat (keep squats at a depth that will not cause pain in your knees. Think about doing 1/2 depth squats and if you can get an object to squat to that will decrease the shear stress through your joint via hitting an external object where your range of motion is dictated from rep to rep)
