50 Bear Hug Sit Up

50 Hang Power Clean (135/95)

50 Bear Hug Sit Up

If you do not have a wall ball that is challenging enough for the bear hug sit ups. Use your KB! Pushing the weight on the bear hug/weighted sit ups is all good!

For the Hang Power Clean use a medium weight. Once you get to 20 reps it should be challenging getting through the 50 reps.

Warm Ups

A) 3 Rounds 

10 Steps Monster Walk (Forward, Backward, Side to Side)

10 Hip Circle Squats

10 Scorpions (Front and Back)

10 KB Swing

B) 3 Rounds (Building Up To Hang Power Clean Weight)

5 Hang Power Clean 

8 Bear Hug Sit Up
