10 KB Swing

5 Thruster (Finding Weight)

3 Bar Facing Burpee 


**** Covid-19 Gym Update ****

Hoping everyone is staying healthy and getting after your at home WODS! We have decided to keep the gym closed through the rest of May. To make sure that everyones training can remain consistent, have continued access to equipment, and WOD without a mask we are waiting until the end of this month until, hopefully, some of the restrictions will be lessoned. We are planning to re-open sometime in June but will put out hard dates and gym format once we see what happens with changes when phase 2 is up.

Us coaches miss you all and can’t wait to get everyone back in the gym again! We thank each and every one of you who have hung in there with us through all of this. We couldn’t do this without you!
