If you’re able to show up please do! We’ll make sure that the volume of work given will match where your fitness level is at!

Post WOD we’ll be having a BBQ hang out sesh so if you’re able bring a side to share. All the grilled meat will be provided by NorCo! Hope to see everyone there!
