Today has been filled with a realization that we may not be able to meet up in the immediate future. NorCo is committed to making sure that every one of our members are able to have access to a return based fitness program while the shutdowns happen around us. This week we are tirelessly working on the following:

1) Providing equipment from the gym so you can have a home gym that will provide results

2) Work on establishing a video conference platform where we can meet up with our members at class times so everyone can retain accountability and talk with a coach in real time for coach lead warmups, specific movement scaling, stimulus meaning, and maintaining a community feel virtually. 

3) With a disruption in normalcy we can provide a constant structure where you can still work on furthering your fitness.

This week we are going to tirelessly work toward a new, never been done, platform so we can keep everyone training!!
