10 Monster Walks (Forward, Backward, Side to Side)

10 Hip Circle Squat

10 Scorpions (Stomach and Back)

B) 2 Rounds

30 Second Jog Out and 30 Second Jog Back

10 Sit Up Touching Toes Between Each Rep
